Address Change/50th Anniversary

8 01 2011

So I just want to let everyone know that my mailing address has changed; this is the last time.  Instead of the mail now going to the Peace Corps main office it will now come directly to my banking city, Iringa.  If you’ve already sent something to the old address, no worries.  Just let me know so that I can make sure it is forwarded here to Iringa.  Check out the side of my blog for the new address.  Don’t be alarmed; there’s no area code OR street address here either.

Also, you may not be aware but 2011 marks the 50th year anniversary of the creation of the Peace Corps on the steps of the Michigan Union (yea, Peace Corps was started at Michigan. Go Blue baby.)  They are soliciting donations to commemorate the 50th year.  Below is the official email I received.  Feel free to donate or feel free to say “hey, my tax dollars are already paying for you to be over there” and don’t donate; but at least read the stats about Peace Corps!
